Restricted free agent Devin Brown was signed to an offer sheet on September 1st. The Spurs had 7 days to match the offer. Dennis Haslam, the Jazz President, announced that the Spurs haven't matched the Jazz' offer sheet. Any thoughts on that would be appreciated.
